We are currently seeking a Customer Service Lead.
As an East West Bank employee, you will be part of a growing and stable organization that provides career path development opportunities while serving a growing and profitable market.
As a valuable East West Bank team member, your duties (not limited to) will include:
Assisting customers at the Branch or over the phone with their financial needs such as cash withdrawals, deposits, and loan payments.
Offering solutions to help meet their financial goals.
Providing access and information to customers about the many products and services East West Bank offers.
Referring customers to Relationship Managers for other products and services.
To be considered, we are seeking the following:
Entry level; 3-5 years of sales, retail or service experience and the desire to learn the Banking industry.
Experienced associates; 2- 4 years or more of Customer Service, Teller or Sales experience within the Banking and/or Financial Services Industry.
Desire to help others.
Good listening and problem solving skills.
Strong attention to detail, accounting, and computer skills.
Professional and courteous communication skills.
Previous cash handling is a plus.
Integrity and accountability.
Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) preferred.
