Position Overview:
As a Dental Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our practice, responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our patients.
Your primary role will involve handling front desk duties, including greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and assisting with insurance processing and billing.
You will also have the opportunity to support our clinical team and contribute to the overall success of the practice.
Key
Responsibilities:
Greet patients with a friendly and welcoming demeanor Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy Verify patient insurance coverage and process insurance claims Collect payments and manage patient billing statements Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed Assist with administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the practice
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a dental office or customer service role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in dental practice management software is a plus Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and service Why Join Our Team:
