Job Description:
Admin Assistant PT with FT eligibility after 90 days of hire Pay:
$25/ hour Scope of Position:
Assist the Leadership Team with administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly for the many holidays/ seasons that are the core of our business.
This is a fast-paced position, with routine duties and established deadlines for every season.
We seek checks and balances for accuracy, hence the collaborative nature of the position.
Daily cash deposits; work with bookkeeper Digital filing for menus, employee personnel files; work with Owner and HR Maintain/ update Master Calendar:
work with Leadership Team Menu content in In-Design.
Toast, Tock:
work with Owner and Leadership Team (35
menus with updates per year) Private Events contracts:
Work with Catering Department HR onboarding/ exit:
work with HR, Leadership Team, Owner Order Supplies, call for repairs, Participate in weekly Leadership Meetings Other tasks as needed by the Leadership Team Skill Sets:
Professional in appearance, verbal and written communication.
Mature.
Must know, or quickly master:
Trello, Slack, In-Design, Sharepoint, excel, zoom, powerpoint, phones.
Attitude:
Happy, reliable, willing to learn the Julienne Way, ready to contribute knowledge and how-to.
3D:
Detail-oriented Deadline-oriented Dedicated to the position and the Teams' collective efforts.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
