We are looking for an organized and energetic person to join our chiropractic family.
Applicant should be able to multi-task and be personable with patients of all ages.
Applicant must be able to work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 7 AM - 5 PM (including a 2 hour lunch period).
Prior chiropractic experience preferred, but not required.
Must have the ability to keep up in a fast paced environment that can see upwards of 100 patients a day.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience - Answer phone calls and schedule appointments - Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information, following HIPAA guidelines - Cleaning treatment rooms and office waiting room Skills:
- Knowledge of chiropractic terminology and procedures - Strong administrative and organizational skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Familiarity with phone systems and handling patient inquiries Note:
Prior experience in a chiropractic or medical office is highly preferred, but not required.
