We are looking for motivated and confident individuals who would like to work with students over a long period of time towards the student's academic success and ultimately college or private school admissions.
We work with a wide variety of students from all over the world in a variety of age groups.
Counselors will meet with their students monthly to build rapport, inspire confidence, demystify the college applications process, reinforce academics and help students to explore their interests and expand their extracurriculars.
Our counseling program is designed to assist clients in whatever way best fits them.
Due to the highly customizable nature of our student contract, each student will be different.
We emphasize tailoring The candidate:
The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who enjoys working with kids and has knowledge (either personally or from previous work-experience) about the college admissions and/or private schools admissions process.
Even though we believe that any candidate no matter their educational background may be successful at college admissions those candidates who attended a top 50 nationally ranked university will have the most success.
Salary:
We are more than willing to negotiate a counselors hourly salary depending on their experience, local knowledge and experience or educational background.
Initially, all counselors will start with a temporary training period (variable depending on experience).
Once the counselor has finished this training period, then they will be available to receive assigned students.
Counselors are in full control of their and can decide how many students they would like.
Each student comes with a pre-designated number of hours and in that fashion counselors may control how many hours they would like to work.
Depending on a counselor's success with students, they may be offered a full-time position.
Oftentimes, counselors may be able to work with students remotely and will not always have to come into the office.
However, we only have a limited number of remote students so this would limit available hours.
