Snap Fitness is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to join our team.
The right candidate will have a passion for fitness; desire to motivate others, and a fun upbeat attitude.

Responsibilities:
Membership & Personal Training Sales - Responsible for achieving sales goals established by leadership team.
Membership Sales.
Lead management.
Telecommunications.
Customer relations:
replying to customer inquiries and sales leads via telephone and email).
Member Engagement/Involvement - Communicate with members regularly to keep them informed and engaged.
Lead Management - Utilize company software to organize sales leads from on line, telephone, and walk in inquiries.
Facility Excellence - Ensure that facility's equipment and cleanliness/tidiness consistently meet company standards.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills:
clear diction, polite and confident tone.
Friendly, energetic, with confidence in closing sales.
Writing:
ability to answer customer emails with proper, professional grammar and punctuation.
Ability to work with clients from all walks of life Desire for longevity Previous sales experience is a plus Applicant must be a fun and personable team player with a good sense of humor.
Must be very coachable Must be able to instruct others on the Snap Fitness training techniques in order to help clients achieve their fitness goals At Snap Fitness, we like to promote from within.
