Customer Care Coordinator / Inside Sales

Lifeway Mobility, an established leader in the fast-growing home accessibility industry, helps seniors with impaired mobility and individuals with disabilities stay in their homes and remain independent.
As part of the Customer Care Team, you will assist prospective customers, and support the sales team.
Key responsibilities on Customer Care Coordinator include the following:
o Answer incoming phone calls, assisting customers and other callers.
o Respond to web inquiries (including live chat) o Respond to email inquiries.
o Schedule appointments for sales representatives.
o Work with sales consultants to create quotes and presentations.
o Assist customers with identifying funding sources for products.
o Maintain customer information in system.

Qualifications:
